PHILOSOPHICAL ESSAY WRITING 12.10.2020

On Sunday, October 11, our Grade 12 student Melodi Inceboz and Grade 11 student Idil Ira represented our school successfully in the philosophical essay writing competition, which has been organized since 2003 by the Finnish UNESCO Associated Schools Network, the Finnish Association for Teachers of Philosophy and the Philosophical Society of Finland with the support of Norwegian High School Philosophical Association. In the Baltic Sea Philosophy Essay Event, which is organized as part of the World Philosophy Day activities, the participants from different schools choose one of the quotations written in a language other than their first language and write a philosophical essay about that quotation.
