YOGA, MEDITATION AND BREATHING TECHNIQUES 27.05.2021
We carried out a yoga, meditation and breathing exercise with Grade 8 students. Also, we experienced some methods to deal with the exam anxiety due to LGS as well as the stress and anxiety students may go through because of the challenging situations of daily life. Under the leadership of Damla Demirbag, we worked on various techniques to stay calm, think straight and control intense feelings in stressful situations. We hope that our students had fun time spending time together in the garden and sharing a joyful moment with each other. We wish all 8th graders success in the exam, where they will manage their stress and reap the fruits of their efforts.
