WOODEN HEDGEHOGS 19.01.2021

ELC students learned how to use the tools for repair at the Piazza. In line with the learner profile “risk takers”, they participated in an activity where they drove nails into wood and pulled them out with a claw hammer. Then, they worked in the atelier to design wooden hedgehogs. They drew eyes and nose on their hedgehogs to add dimension to their designs and counted the nails they drove to decide on the ages of their hedgehogs. Finally, they named their hedgehogs, designed houses for them and displayed them at school.
