THEY PRESENTED THEIR HOME PROJECTS TO ARCHITECT DURRIN ULEMA 10.03.2022

Within the scope of the "How the World Works" unit, our 3rd-grade students studied weather events, countries, and unusual houses through stories and books. Afterward, they designed their house projects, keeping in mind the climatic conditions. In this context, they invited architect Dürrin Ulema to school last week. At the end of the presentation by Mr. Ulema, our students learned about houses that are compatible with nature, the conditions that must be considered when building a house, and became conscious about the subject. They got detailed information about our school, which received an award for its architecture, from our Administrative Affairs Manager, Evren Göktepe. They shared this sweet pride with Ms. Dürrin during the little school tour. Afterward, they ate the house-shaped cookies, and also they very much enjoyed having their projects evaluated by Ms. Dürrin.
