THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEPING AND EATING HEALTHY 27.10.2017

A presentation on “The Importance of Sleeping and Eating Healthy” was given to the HS students in line with the annual planning of the Guidance & Counselling Office. The effects of fast food on health, protein powder supplements, extreme dieting and shock diets were discussed during the first session of the presentation given by Gündem Tohumcu. As well as the importance and the effects of sleeping on development, the contributions of it to focusing and motivation at school are addressed in the second session.
