THE 12TH TRADITIONAL CAREER DAY 21.05.2020

Our HS Guidance & Counselling Office held the 12th “Traditional Career Day” online between April 30 and May 21 due to the outbreak of COVID-19. In order to learn about different professions that fit their skills and interests and make informed choices about their careers, our HS students met online with people doing different jobs on every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. Guests from different areas of profession such as communications, gastronomy, architecture, cartoons and animation, nutrition and dietetics, engineering, law, medicine etc. informed our students about the nature of their jobs as well as the courses at university and the career options related to their jobs. Metehan Igneci, Gokcen Dincer and Dr. Ebru Alakavuk from Yasar University; Dr. Aylin Dagsalguler and Dr. Dilistan Shipman from Bilgi University; Consultant Dietitian Derya Zumbulcan and Electrical & Electronic Engineers Ayca Topallı and Ihsan Topallı attended our event as guest speakers. We thank all guests and students who participated in the event.
