SUCCESS IN PHILOSOPHY 09.12.2020

Our Grade 11 student Ayca Kivanc Hasdemir represented our school successfully at the 25th Turkish Philosophy Olympiad, which was organized by the Philosophical Society of Turkey on Sunday, December 6. The aim of the event, which was held online due to the pandemic, was to develop creative thinking and researching skills in students, to demonstrate why thinking itself is valuable, to create a competitive environment through intellectual activities, to help students think about the anthropological foundations of knowledge, to integrate scientific work with ethical requirements, to create an environment where students acquire skills to think about the intellectual and ethical problems of the modern world, and to contribute to the development of humanistic thinking and education in schools.
