PREPARING PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENTS FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR 05.09.2019

Our 2019-2020 PS Open House and Curriculum Sharing meetings were held on September 5th, 2019 with the active participation of our parents. The mission, vision, educational philosophy and academic calendar of our school were shared with parents along with the PS lesson plans, code of conduct, counselling services and communication policies. Then, the parents visited the classrooms of their children to meet their teachers. The curriculum and classroom activities were shared with the parents according to different grade levels. Also, the first parent training of the year was given on “Age Characteristics and Adaptation to School” by the PS Guidance and Counselling Office. During the training, our PS Counselor Yıldız Alptekin shared some tips about the adaptation period and provided detailed information about the age characteristics of children. We thank all parents who attended our Open House and Curriculum Sharing meetings.
