MEDITATION AND MOTIVATION ACTIVITIES PRIOR TO LGS 30.05.2022

Grade 8 students participated in meditation and motivation activities on campus during after-school hours and learned about techniques they might use while dealing with stress and anxiety about LGS as well as their new journey after MS. Also, they joined a short breathing and meditation activity with Yoga & Breathing Instructor Damla Demirbağ, worked with our guidance counsellor Aslı Öncül on exam anxiety and did a “Mindfulness” activity, which helped our guidance counsellor to get to know them better while observing and connecting with them. Then, Grade 8 students shared their opinions with each other while participating in the activity called “My Dream Award”, which focuses on setting goals for the future. During these activities, our students enjoyed the treats and surprises offered to them, spent fun time with their teachers, and added a new one to their memories of middle school. While seeing them off on their new journey, we wish them the best of luck in LGS.
