MAY 19 CONCERT WAS PROUDLY HELD WITH THE NARRATION OF ULVI KAHYAOGLU 25.05.2023

The theme of our May 19, Commemoration of Ataturk, Youth and Sports Day concert, which was held in collaboration with Izmir State Symphony Orchestra (IZDSO), was “Gelecek Bizim” (“The Future is Ours”). This special concert, which took place in Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center (AASSM), was narrated by the stage actor Ulvi Kahyaoglu. The audience proudly celebrated May 19 thanks to the efforts and contributions of AASSM Manager Emel Akcay Ozer and her team, our conductor and composer Mr. Tolga Tavis, Izmir State Symphony Orchestra, our 2013 graduate and stage actor Ulvi Kahyaoglu, our choir leaders & music teachers Canan Atak, Duygu Ergun and Gizem Celik, our choreographer Olga Ucer, and our text writer & history teacher Sultan Topcu. During this special concert, where the joy of May 19 was deeply felt with the narration of our graduate as well as the dance performances of our students, Isikkent Choir sang beautiful songs, ballads, and anthems accompanied by Izmir State Symphony Orchestra (IZDSO).
