DONATIONS TO THE ASSOCIATION FOR SUPPORTING CONTEMPORARY LIFE 13.01.2022

IEK Social Influencers - EnviroMates team completed the 'Give Them a Second Chance’ campaign, which they initiated in December to draw attention to ‘Responsible Consumption & Production’ within the framework of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. 16 boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories and kitchenware were delivered to the storage of the association and will be sold at the Second Hand Store run by the association. The money collected from the sale will contribute to the educational scholarships for children and youth. Our team also got the chance to meet the Chairman of the Association Onur H. Ertürkan as well as other members of the Executive Board, to visit the association building and the second-hand store, and to get information about the activities carried out by the association. The warm welcome, greeting and appreciation from Onur H. Ertürkan, Gönül Kaya, Esin Pehlivanoğlu and other members motivated our students very much to keep working hard. We sincerely thank the Izmir Branch of the Association for collaborating with our students and supporting their project!
