CAREER DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY 09.04.2021

Our HS Psychological Guidance & Counselling Office has started to administer a new inventory on personal development and career guidance for Grade 10 students, who will choose their career fields next year. Belbin GetSet Career Development Inventory is a very effective system that can help students both in their education and business life. It makes suggestions on the appropriate universities that HS students should choose. What makes Getset different from the inventories administered before is that Getset helps students get assessed by different observers as well. The training about the inventory was held by Deniz Dinc from Sierra Consultancy on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Our guidance counsellors have started to create assessments after attending one-on-one meetings with our students.
