WINGS FOR LIFE WORLD RUN 2018 06.05.2018

Our PE teachers, HS students and gradutes “ran for those who can’t” during the “Wings for Life World Run 2018” took place on Sunday, May 6th. 8000 people ran during the World Run 2018, which is the only event that allows everyone from around the world start running at the same time and compete simultaneously. “Wings for Life”, which is a not-for-profit foundation that operates with the mission of finding a cure for spinal cord injuries, organized the “World Run” to raise awareness about spinal cord injuries. The world run, which has been organized in Turkey for the last three years, started from the Izmir Fair, Lozan Gate at 2 pm. Congratulations to every member of Işıkkent community who supported this cause by participating in the event.
