WE HOSTED AHMET AYDIN AKANSU AT THE FREE INTELLECTUALS FORUM 21.11.2022

HS Social Sciences Department hosted the Columnist and Environmental Journalist Ahmet Aydın Akansu at this month’s Free Intellectuals Forum. In his speech on “Atatürk and Youth”, Mr Akansu mentioned how important it is to see Atatürk as a role model and said, “Atatürk was the role model of all Turks I met who achieved international success in journalism.” Mr. Akansu, who also works as an Environment Expert, talked about the climate crisis by giving examples from Atatürk and his memories.
