THE MOST INSPIRING TEAM 14.02.2016

IEK Lego Club participated in the Science Heroes Meet/ FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) Turkey Tournaments held at Gediz University Seyrek Campus. Our students competed with 650 students (68 teams), whose ages are between 9 and 16, from 11 cities (İzmir, İstanbul, Manisa, Aydın, Balıkesir, Denizli, Muğla, Mersin, Afyon, Antalya ve Ordu). IEK students created their own robots and focused on waste recycling.
With the theme of “solution for waste, solution through waste”, our little inventors presented their recycling project which involves robots created with lego pieces. Famous actor Hakan Bilgin presented the tournament and our IEK Lego team won the Most Inspiring Team award in Izmir League. We heartily congratulate our students.
