THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER IN OUR LIVES 22.03.2016

Water explorers celebrated the 22nd March World Water Day by reading the water books they prepared during homeroom hours and presenting the projects they prepared throughout the year. Grade 4 students created some slogans about water while Grade 1, 2 and 3 students drew pictures about the importance of water in our lives. Students’ work is being displayed on our hallways today. Our students helped others learn about water by including the knowledge they gained during the water explorer programme they attended throughout the year in the games they created. They also displayed the plants they grew and answered the question “why should we grow our own plants?”. They created their own ponds and gave information about the creatures living in freshwater. They announced the water declarations of all classrooms. While reinforcing their knowledge by sharing with others, they had a really fun day.
