TEAM DYNAMICS AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH MIND ACADEMY x 25.08.2023

This week, we elaborately discussed "Team Dynamics" and "Effective Communication" with Melike Arduman Ateş and Ece Karaboncuk. We gave examples of how we get closer to our goals, which have a significant impact on the success of the team, when we express them well. During the presentation, we also inquired into being a learner. As teachers, we looked at what we already know from different perspectives, questioned our knowledge, and learned new things together.
