SEXUAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR HIGH SCHOOL 22.02.2018

“Sexual Development Training” was held by the HS Guidance & Counselling Office for Grade 10 & 11 students. The guest speaker of this year’s sexual development training was Hülya Üstel Eleviş, an expert psychologist and psychotherapist who applies transactional analysis. The legal, psychological and developmental aspects of sexuality were covered during the training while how men and women experience sexual development was explained under the topic “Growing Up and Taking Responsibility”. Peer pressure, personal rights and the attitudes of friends and family were discussed during the training, where possible risks were explained to the students. The training ended after the Q&A session.
