PAPER MUSEUM EXCURSION 28.03.2018

Within the "Library Week" activities, our 7th grade students went to the "Bornova Paper and Book Arts Museum”. The history of the paper, which is important for man for two thousand years, is being displayed in the museum. Students caught the chance to learn the history of a paper and the book in a real atmosphere. There were colored papers, masterpieces and modern works in the museum. Bornova Paper and Book Arts museum is one of the few museums of the world, and students were amazed to see the world's smallest book of 36 pages, written in Chinese alphabet and a lentil size. After the excursion, our students who will prepare brochures for the presentation of the museum took lots of pictures to use in their work.
