OUR 8TH GRADE STUDENTS VISITED METEOROLOGY CENTER 30.09.2025

Our 8th grade students visited the İzmir Meteorology Center. During the trip, they received information from meteorology experts about weather events. Observing the launch and flight of a meteorological balloon in the sky particularly caught their interest. At the center, our students also had the opportunity to learn how data from balloons and stations are recorded and analyzed on computers. They gained a better understanding of how weather forecasts are made and the importance of this information in daily life. Thanks to this trip, our students both had fun and learned how to connect theoretical knowledge with everyday experiences.
