OUR 4TH GRADERS VISITED THE İZMİR CULTURE & ART FACTORY 28.11.2025

As part of our unit based on the central idea, “The cultural heritage of communities shapes our present along with the environment and events,” our 4th grade students visited the İzmir Culture & Art Factory, a venue that sheds light on the deep-rooted history of our city and region. During the visit, students explored remarkable examples of painting, sculpture, and ceramic art from the 19th century to the present day at the Archaeology Museum, Ethnography Museum, and Museum of Painting and Sculpture located within the complex. Guided by our art teacher, students also participated in a hands-on workshop where they discussed and interpreted their observations, experiencing firsthand how art builds meaningful connections with history and culture.
