MEDITATING TO OVERCOME STRESS 04.05.2017

Meditative relaxation training for students was carried out on Wednesday, May 3rd under the leadership of high school counselling department. Grade 11 and 12 students followed the three steps of meditative therapy through practicing breading, body and muscle relaxation, imagination, visualisation and meditative relaxation. Students found an opportunity to relax under Psychologist & Therapist Fatma Nur İbaoğlu Zahnd's guidance. After the therapy, students shared their feelings, thoughts and visualisations with each other.
