ISİKKENT SCHOOL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE INTERNATİONAL ACCREDİTATİON AND EVALUATİON PROCESS 29.02.2024

Between February 18th and 23rd, 2024, Isikkent School successfully completed the synchronized evaluation visit conducted by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB). This process demonstrated the school's commitment to high standards in student learning and global citizenship. CIS Accreditation is recognized as an indicator of commitment to international education and verifies that schools meet rigorous educational standards. Isikkent School has taken pride in holding CIS accreditation since 2008. This achievement not only marks them as one of only two K-12 schools in the Aegean Region to receive this award but also as the first authorized IB (PYP-MYP-DP) continuum school in the Aegean Region. We congratulate all school stakeholders who contributed to the two-year self-assessment and preparation process. This success is a result of the collaborative efforts of not only the school administration and teachers but also students, parents, and the supportive community. Isikkent will continue to lead best practices in the implementation of the IB continuum and provide its students with an education that meets international standards.
