"HOPE" CAME WITH A PRIZE 20.02.2017

With her short story entitled "Hope", Grade 8 student Suzan Uslu has been awarded the "Best Language and Expression" prize at the 2017 Young Authors Story Writing Competition organized by Özgür Pencere. The competing stories were evaluated by a distinguished group of authors such as Gülten Dayıoğlu, Muzaffer İzgü and Feyza Hepçilingirler as well as university professors. The winners will be granted their prizes at a ceremony to take place at Gelisim School on May 12 and prize winning stories will be published in a special book in March. The money raised from the book sale will be donated to a charity that helps less fortunate children. We are so proud of Suzan and we hope her adventures in writing always continue with such great outcome.
