HIGH SCHOOL TRIP ENTITLED “FOLLOWING THE FOOTSTEPS OF ATATURK” 18.01.2024

To understand Mustafa Kemal Ataturk from a historical, geographical, and philosophical perspective on the 100th anniversary of the Republic, our HS Social Sciences Department organized a trip entitled "Following the Footsteps of Ataturk" on the route of Ipsala-Gumulcine-Iskece-Kavala-Selanik-Manastir-Uskup and Sofia. During their trip, our students visited the house where Ataturk was born. After this emotional visit, our students went to Bitola and visited the military high school, where Ataturk studied between 1895-1899. This school is now used as a museum, a part of which is reserved as Ataturk Memorial Room. Our students also visited the embassy in Sofia, where Ataturk served, and returned from this impressive trip with useful knowledge and pleasant experiences.
