FOURTH GRADERS EXPLORED SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY: THE SECRET WORLD OF MACHINES 15.03.2024

Our 4th graders participated in a trip to closely examine the machines that make our lives easier, based on the central idea that "science affects technological developments and our lives in every field." During their trip, they learned the working principles of a robot-assisted QR code keychain printing machine and its impact on our lives. Our students designed a keychain with a QR code by giving commands to this robot via the artificial intelligence Siri. Throughout this unit, where students questioned issues such as the steps of scientific study, the development of technology, and the impact of science on our lives, they noticed the impact of artificial intelligence and automation technologies. Also, they enriched their experiences by associating them with the things they learned in class.
