CELEBRATING THE MOLE DAY WITH COLORFUL ACTIVITIES 23.10.2021

Mole Day is celebrated around the world every year on October 23th to commemorate Avogadro’s number (6,02x1023). This year, our 11th and 12th grade DP Chemistry students participated in the “Molympics”, an international competition where students from different parts of the world compete with each other. Our students both enjoyed the activities, learned how to convert data about daily life activities to moles by using their kinesthetic intelligence and developed their natural curiosity by using their thinking, research, communication, self-management and social skills as well as th IB learner profile attributes.
