BOYS AND GIRLS ARE IZMIR CHAMPIONS IN SWIMMING 07.06.2017

IEK Junior B Swimming Team competed in the MEB Swimming Tournament held at Alsancak Indoor Pool on Tuesday, June 6th. Ethem Özer, Matteo Makripodari, Deniz Narbay, Ali Eroğlu, Bade Soybakış, Melis Itır Kaplan, Derin Nakış and Zeynep Özel represented Işıkkent at the races. Girls and boys teams were placed 1st in Izmir with their total group points and placed 2nd in 4X50 freestyle relay. Boys team was also placed 1st in 4X50 mixed relay. Individual achievements are: Deniz Narbay 100 m, backstroke, 1st place Ali Eroğlu 100m, backstroke, 3rd place Bade Soybakış 50 m, breaststroke, 1st place - 100 , breaststroke, 1st place - 100m, mixed, 2nd place Derin Nakış 100, backstroke, 2nd place- 100m, freestyle, 3rd place Melis Itır Kaplan 100 m, backstroke, 4th place Heartfelt congratulations to our successful swimmers.
