AEGEAN FOOD DAY 15.02.2017

Today was the “Aegean Food Day” at school. Sofra’s chefs tickled our taste buds with the delicious yoruk soup, cokertme kebab, artichoke and cibez mezes and finally the good old Izmir lokma. There was Aegean folk music on the background as students enjoyed their lunch. We are grateful to Sofra Company for a culinary celebration of our cultural richness.
