A VISIT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS 19.12.2017
Our HS Gastronomy Club visited the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts of Izmir University of Economics. After getting informed about gastronomy and culinary arts, our students visited different kitchens in which desserts, hot meals and appetizers are cooked. The, they participated in the workshop organised for our club and learned about the stages of making “lezzet topları” (tasty balls).
