ELC 2 students have been working on the main idea of “Understanding Space and Earth Affects the Actions of Living Beings” as part of their transdisciplinary theme on “How the World Works”. They read many books about understanding space and did research about planets. They also visited the Universal Children’s Museum to consolidate their knowledge of the unit. During their visit, they participated in the “Junior Rocket Workshop” and understood how rockets work and why they are important in space studies. They also learned about an astronaut’s day in the international space station. Finally, they entered the planetarium and watched a three-dimensional presentation about space. Next, they will study the movements of earth as well as the results of them.
