A PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE 01.06.2018

Having worked selflessly since October, our HS students staged a great play on Thursday in line with their Drama Club activities. “Biedermann und die Brandstifter” is a play that ruins the conventional patterns of drama. The writer Max Frisch says “It is not quite possible to have this story in real life. You are just some made-up figures. You are the Mr. Biedermann in each of us”. Drama activities require a great deal of effort and discipline. As a team, our students worked very hard on both weekdays and weekends to stage this play. During the rehearsals, Cihangir Turantaş supported them as an instructor and their Turkish teacher Merak Özer Sevindik worked as a mentor while Gökhan and Selin Tuncer dealt with the choreography and Cem Çal handled the sound and effects. Congratulations to all students and supporting team for realising such a professional play!
