11TH GRADERS VISITED KARAGOL TO APPLY THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF BIOLOGY IN REAL LIFE 16.05.2022

Our Grade 11 students who study IB-DP Biology and ESS visited Izmir Karagol Natural Park on Friday, May 13th to carry out a field study, where they applied their knowledge in real life, experienced the ecological research methods, and got more aware of ecology. During their visit, our students carried out water analysis, studied the Lincoln Index, and used the quadrate method to observe the changes in the vegetation. Finally, they enjoyed group work and dynamics by playing games such as volleyball, skipping rope, and tug of war.
