TDE DEPARTMENT WE KEEP OUR FOLK SONGS ALIVE 29.04.2025

Our high school students and the Turkish Language and Literature department organized an event called “We Keep Our Folk Songs Alive”. In this event, folk songs met the new generation. Each performance both moved and exhilarated the audience. While the participants colored the event with folk songs, they also enjoyed protecting our cultural heritage. The jury determined the winners by evaluating voice, stage presence and harmony. The event was a great example of having fun with music and celebrating cultural values. The competition was more than just a music event. It also created an atmosphere of solidarity, friendship and fun among the students. This beautiful event, where everyone had fun together and met with folk songs, once again emphasized the importance of cultural values in our school.
