WHOLENESS OF MIND AND BODY THROUGH MINDFULNESS 14.10.2025

As part of the “Who We Are” transdisciplinary theme, our Grade 4 students explored the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of holistic well-being. To support their well-being, they learned about mindfulness breathing techniques from our guest expert, Burcu Dinç, and practiced these techniques to enhance their body and mind awareness.
