NATURE OBSERVATION SEMINAR WITH ALPER TÜYDEŞ AND A FIELD TRIP TO THE GEDIZ DELTA 11.04.2026

Our Grade 4 and 5 students came together for a special event designed to foster environmental awareness and deepen their connection with nature. As part of the program, wildlife photographer Alper Tüydeş met with our students and delivered an inspiring seminar. During the seminar, students explored the importance of nature observation, respectful approaches to wildlife, and the fundamentals of documenting nature through photography. They gained valuable insights into becoming individuals who not only observe nature but also understand and protect it. Following the seminar, our students had the opportunity to apply their learning during a field trip to the Gediz Delta. Guided by Mr. Tüydeş’s expertise, they observed various bird species, explored natural habitats, and experienced hands-on learning about ecosystems in their natural environment. This meaningful experience helped students strengthen their sensitivity toward nature while developing their scientific observation skills. We thank all our students for their participation and extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Alper Tüydeş for his valuable contributions.
