FROM NATURE TO SPACE: A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY AND LEARNING WITH GRADE 1 25.02.2026

As part of the How the World Works unit, Grade 1 students visited the Nasreddin Hoca Children’s Culture and Science Center to reinforce the central idea that patterns and systems in nature, supported by technology, help us understand how the world works. Throughout the visit, students explored the Solar System, space exploration tools, conditions on different planets, aircraft technologies, and humanity’s journey of space exploration. They watched videos, examined models, and actively participated in hands-on activities at various workshop stations. The experience allowed students to have fun, explore, and deepen their learning.
