FOREIGN LANGUAGES WEEK - 'VOICES ACROSS GENERATIONS' AT IŞIKKENT 19.03.2026

The Foreign Languages Department’s “Voices Across Generations” themed Languages Week brought a true cultural festival atmosphere to our school. Throughout this colorful program filled with Italian, French, German, Spanish, and English, our students discovered the fascinating changes languages have undergone over time while enjoying both fun and educational experiences. Middle and high school students took part in station activities during lunch breaks, observing the evolution of languages across the years. Through classroom activities and theme-based debates, they not only improved their language skills but also gained insights into how different generations view the world. For a week, the sounds and music of various languages echoed through the school corridors, helping our students realize that language is not only a tool for communication but also a powerful bridge connecting cultures and generations. This energetic and collaborative week strengthened our students’ international vision while making valuable contributions to their academic and social development. The process created a joyful atmosphere of learning and sharing, leaving lasting memories within our school community.
