FIRST LEGO LEAGUE EXPLORE FESTIVAL HOSTED BY OUR SCHOOL 26.04.2026

We were delighted to host the Minik Bilim Kahramanları Buluşuyor – FIRST LEGO League Explore Festival at our school with great excitement! We are proud to have successfully organized the İzmir festival for the 2025–2026 season of the Minik Bilim Kahramanları Buluşuyor – FIRST LEGO League Explore program. Under this year’s theme, UNEARTHED™: Archaeology Explorers, our young science heroes embarked on a journey of discovery by tracing the footprints of the past. Through their research, students gained valuable insights into how archaeologists learn about ancient civilizations and cultures, and how they use technology throughout this process. Our festival, which aims to spark interest in science and engineering, brought together 16 teams from 14 schools. Representing our school with great success, our teams DINOBOTS and FOSSIL PIRATES made us proud with their outstanding performances. Our DINOBOTS team—Defne Peynirci, Arca Yiğit Tosun, Uzay Utku, Demir Şengün, Alya Asel Aküzüm, and Arel Yılmaz—received the “Creative Inventors with a Brand-New Design” Award, while our FOSSIL PIRATES team—Karya İldeş, Mustafa Kaya Özgür, Can Yaman İkiz, Su Hanzade Uyguntüzel, Deniz Ersan, and Louis Erdogan Jr Çalışkan—earned the “Explorers Together” Award. We congratulate all our students for their dedication and outstanding performance, and wish them continued success!
