A MEANINGFUL CONNECTION WITH NATURE FROM OUR ELC 2 STUDENTS 22.06.2026

As part of their Interaction with Nature unit, our ELC 2 students took part in a variety of exploration and observation activities designed to help them better understand the natural world and build meaningful connections with the living things around them. They began by observing the trees they encountered during a field trip and later explored different tree species during a nature walk across our campus. Inspired by what they had learned, the students planned and carried out a meaningful action project. They designed informative labels featuring the names of the trees and the benefits they provide, then placed these labels on trees throughout the campus. Through this initiative, they helped raise environmental awareness within the school community while applying their learning to a real-world context and developing a sense of responsibility for the environment. This hands-on experience allowed our ELC 2 students to discover the importance of observing, understanding, and protecting nature through meaningful action.
