A CHEMISTRY-FILLED EXPERIENCE AT THE MOLYMPICS COMPETITION 26.10.2026

Mole Day, celebrated annually on October 23 to highlight the significance of Avogadro’s number (6.022 × 10²³), was marked with the international Molympics competition, coordinated by our Chemistry Department. During the competition, our Grade 11 Science and Grade 11 DP Chemistry students had the opportunity to apply their chemistry knowledge through various activities and connect what they had learned to everyday life. Participating alongside students from different parts of the world, our students enhanced their scientific thinking skills while discovering the fun side of chemistry. Combining learning with friendly competition, Molympics provided our students with an enjoyable and educational experience.
