IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF SOUND: A HANDS-ON LEARNING JOURNEY WITH OUR ELC3 STUDENTS 26.12.2025

Within the framework of the ‘Ways We Express Ourselves’ theme and the “Sound” unit, we conducted an enjoyable and educational learning process with our ELC3 students on sounds, based on the ‘Ways of Making and RecognisingSounds’ inquiry line. To enrich this process, we organised a trip to the "Başkent İletişim Bilimleri Akademisi”. Throughout the trip, our students had the opportunity to experience how sound is produced in different environments and observed the effect of sounds on animations and visual media. They also closely explored the role of sound in expression and communication through dubbing work. Thanks to the practical sessions held in the dubbing studios, our students had the opportunity to understand the form, function and connection of sound with communication through concrete experiences.
