HIGH SCHOOL GLOBAL SOCIAL LEADERS (GSL) PATHFINDERS OPENED THE BAYRAMLI VILLAGE LIBRARY! 27.04.2026

The opening ceremony, attended by the village children and their families, took place in a festive atmosphere befitting the week of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day. Following the opening ceremony, which was jointly conducted by Bayramlı Governor Selmiye Çelik and Işıkkent Head of School Okan Sezer, the Pathfinders team introduced the library and its books to the village children. The children made a fun introduction to the mysterious world of books through an entertaining “treasure hunt” game prepared by our Pathfinders students. Surprise gifts prepared by students from our school’s Junior Achievement (JA) club added to the children’s joy. We wholeheartedly congratulate the students of the GSL High School Pathfinders team for bringing a library and books to a village through their meticulous and dedicated efforts since October. The Bayramlı Library Project, as a sustainable initiative by our GSL team, will continue in the coming period with various workshops and regular activities for the children.
